At Soy & Serenity Candle Co., we take pride in hand-pouring and packaging each order with care. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer exchanges in cases of damage during transit.

You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at soyandserenity@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
If approved, we will provide instructions for your exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom and wholesale/bulk orders cannot be exchanged.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
We want you to feel confident shopping with us — if your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right with an exchange.
