Shipping policy

At Soy & Serenity Candle Co., we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Processing Times
All orders are hand-poured and packaged with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.

Custom & Wholesale Orders
Custom candle orders and wholesale/bulk orders may require additional processing time. Please allow up to 7–14 business days depending on the size and complexity of your order. We’ll always communicate directly with you if extra time is needed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

  • Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We do our best to pack your items securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at soyandserenity@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
For lost packages, please reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
